   John Neipp is a life-long resident of Klamath Falls and has been sharing his photography with the people of the Klamath Basin for more than 20 years. He is a graduate from Mazama High School and the Oregon Institute of Technology. His photography has won awards at both the Klamath County and the Oregon State Fairs.
